How much will I have to pay for shipping?
Nothing! We offer FREE shipping to your door on all rugs with no minimum purchase required.
How do you ship & how quickly will I receive my order?
We ship FedEx Express (free of charge) unless otherwise is requested. All of our rugs are in stock and ship within 24hrs of your order time. On average, delivery takes 4-6 business days to all of New Zealand.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
Buyer will not have to pay any taxes. The prices listed online are the final cost for each rug.
What types of payment do you accept?
We offer secure online payment options such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience we also accept payments through PayPal.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our site uses 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. We are also partners with McAfee Secure & Verisign to guarantee our highest level of security compliance yet.
How do I place an order?
You may place your order 7 days a week, 24hrs a day. You may also call our expert customer service toll free at 0800-448010 (8:30am- Midnight Eastern Standard Time 7 Days a Week) to place your order over the telephone and/or discuss any further inquiries you may have.
Can I delay the shipment of my order?
Yes. To place an order with a delayed shipping date its best that you call us to place your order, and our customer representative will better assist you with all available shipping dates.

Do you charge restocking fee?
We do NOT charge restocking fee. We realize that it's already a hassle if your order doesn't work out for you, so we certainly don't want to make it any more frustrating for you by penalizing you with unnecessary restocking fees you'd see elsewhere.
Will I pay for shipping back?
Buyer is responsible for all returns. However, we will help you with rates and other necessary details. We have warehouses all throughout the world and you may use the nearest to you in the event of a return, which we'll email you it's returns details and return authorization number for.
When will my refund be processed?
We process all returns within 24hrs. We also process all refunds within 24hrs. However, we do ask you that you allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post back to your credit-card.
